Dice Siege

Delete Your Data

This page explains how to delete your Dice Siege account and the data held under it. What is held and why is described in the Privacy Policy.

Effective 24 October 2026. Contact: privacy@dicesiege.com.

Deleting from the app

Open Settings in the app, tap "Delete my data", and confirm. The server record is deleted first and the device is cleared only once the server has confirmed, so the two cannot disagree. This needs an internet connection: if the server cannot be reached nothing is deleted at all, and the app asks you to try again when you are online.

Deleting from the web

This website has no login, so there is no button here. The account is created automatically on first launch, with no username or password, and you may have linked it to a Google account from inside the app. Either way, delete from inside the app, or if you cannot open it, email the request described below. If you signed in with Google, send that email from the same Google account's address: that is how the account is found.

What deletion removes

The account goes, and with it the profile, level progress, lives, the display label the server assigned, the record of your attempts, your best result on each level, the server's log of your sign-ins and, if you signed in with Google, the link to your Google account together with the email address, name and photo address it brought. On the device, the app also forgets the Google account it was signed in with and deletes its copy of the profile photo. It is immediate and cannot be undone. Google keeps its own record that you once signed in to Dice Siege, under its own policy. Anonymised aggregate statistics carry no account and are not deleted. If you keep playing afterwards the app creates a new anonymous account, exactly as a fresh install does. A copy Android has backed up to your Google account is replaced with the cleared one the next time the device backs up, and you can delete it sooner in your device's Google backup settings.

If you cannot use the app

If the app is already uninstalled or will not run, email privacy@dicesiege.com.

If you signed in with Google, send the email from that Google account's address and say that you want the Dice Siege account deleted. Nothing else is needed: the account is found by the address.

If you never signed in, the request must give:

A request from an address the account is not linked to, and without the account identifier, cannot be actioned.
