These terms apply to the Dice Siege app for mobile devices and the services behind it (together, the "Application"), operated by Berishock, the trading name of CK Guven, an individual developer based in the United States (the "Service Provider"). By installing or using the Application you agree to these terms. Effective 5 September 2026.
The Service Provider grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Application on a device you own. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer or decompile the Application except where applicable law expressly allows it. The Application, its code, art, name and branding remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Application creates an anonymous account on first launch. There is nothing to register and no password. Progress cannot be moved to another device.
You may choose a display name, which the leaderboard shows to other players beside your results. Do not use a name that is offensive, impersonates someone else, contains personal data of others, or is otherwise unlawful. The Service Provider may change or remove a display name, or remove leaderboard entries, that breach this rule, and may suspend the account of a player who does so repeatedly.
The Service Provider may reject from the leaderboard any result it considers obtained by cheating, including through a modified copy of the Application or a modified device, and may suspend the account.
Lives are a gameplay mechanic with no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold or transferred, and are not refundable. Watching a rewarded ad may grant a life. How lives are earned and refilled, and whether ads are available, may change at any time. The Application is free and contains no purchases.
Some features, including progress backup, the leaderboard and rewarded ads, need an internet connection and depend on third-party services that the Service Provider does not control. The Service Provider does not promise that the Application or any feature will be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and may change, suspend or withdraw the Application or any part of it at any time. You are responsible for any data charges from your network provider.
How the Application handles personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost data or lost progress, arising from your use of or inability to use the Application. Because the Application is free, the Service Provider's total liability for any claim is limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it. The Service Provider may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, and may withdraw the Application altogether. On termination the licence ends and you must delete the Application from your devices.
The laws of the United States and of the state in which the Service Provider resides govern these terms, except where the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise. Any dispute goes before the courts competent under applicable law.
The Service Provider may update these terms by posting a new version at this address with a new effective date. Continued use of the Application after that date is acceptance of the new terms.
